Whole Pig - Local Pickup

Our whole pig is a total of 100 lbs. We start with the standard cuts: 32 pork chops, 4 packages ground pork, 8 regular sausage, 8 extra seasoning sausage, 4 maple sausage patties, and 14-16 packages bacon. (some packages are more than 1 lb, total weight will be approximately 16lbs.) Total weight for the standard cuts is 60 lbs.

To round out the remaining 40 lbs, we are also including one of each from below.

1. 4 packages of brats (regular, beer, bacon cheddar, jalapeno cheddar), 2 packages cutlets (4/pkg, tenderized), 1 ham roast (cured, bone in, approx. 3 lbs.)

2. 2 shoulder roasts (bone in, 2 to 3 lbs), 1 shoulder steak (2/pkg, bone in) 2 ham steaks (2/pkg, 5/8” cut, cured) 1 shoulder bacon (regular cut, cured, smoked.)

3. 2 shoulder bacon, 2 cutlets, 2 ham roasts.

4. 4 brats come two shoulder steaks, 2 ham steak.
