Cheesecakes

Our favorite dessert is Cheesecake! We enjoy this family favorite at every gathering. Smooth and creamy, our cheese cakes are sure to be a hit. 

Current flavors are Classic New York Style (Plain), Grasshopper, Oreo Fudge, Raspberry, Salted Caramel, Turtle.

Classic New York Style (Plain) is our basic cheesecake. Crust is made with graham crackers. The filling is made with our standard New York Style recipe, which uses two pounds of cream cheese. 

Grasshopper is our choice for a refreshing slice. Crust is made with chocolate graham crackers. The filling is made with our New York Style recipe with Crème de Menthe. Topped with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and crushed Andy's Mints. This cheesecake will have you hopping with flavor.

Oreo Fudge is our choice for the chocolate lovers. Crust is made with Oreos. We then add hot fudge and our Oreo cheesecake filling. After baking, we add another layer of hot fudge and top with crushed Oreos.

Raspberry is our choice for summer time. Crust is our house made short bread recipe. Filling is our New York Style recipe, with homemade raspberry syrup mixed in. After cooling, we add a top layer of raspberry syrup and a few sprinkles of sugar. Adding a few raspberries right before serving makes this cheesecake one to enjoy.

Salted Caramel is our favorite for the winter holidays. Crust is our house made short bread recipe. We then add a layer of home made caramel sauce, then filled to the rim with our New York style filling and baked to perfection. We then add another layer of caramel sauce and sprinkled with coarse kosher salt.

Our Turtle is the richest cake we have made. Crust is graham crackers with pecans mixed in. We add a layer of chocolate sauce then a layer of our home made caramel sauce. Then we add our rich and creamy filling. After cooling, we add another layer of chocolate and caramel sauce and top with crushed pecans. Definitely not your standard New York cheesecake! Only available in a regular 9-inch size.

Available in three sizes: 9-inch, 5-inch, and bite size. They are fully cooked then stored frozen until delivery.
